Kat Thomas has worked at the Bellagio and Aria resorts on the Strip, as well as restaurants by Michael Mina and Sirio Maccioni while forming her own company, CORE Body | Mind, a platform for promoting wellness in the beverage industry. She is an Advanced Sommelier with the CMS and also holds the WSET Level 2 Professional Certificate in Wine & Spirits. Thomas' other accomplishments include Spanish Wine Scholar & Educator with the WSG, as well as specialist certifications for sherry and sake.
